MPTW500 values are taken from the DABEY MPTW500 datasheet. For XTL-100-190 replacement, the S1 and S2 millivolt output variants are the closest match.
- Low-end range coverage differs. The XTL-100-190 range list starts at 10 PSI; MPTW500 standard ranges start at 0–2 MPa (300 PSI). Ranges below 300 PSI require customization.
- High-temperature limit differs. XTL-100-190 is rated to +175 °C; MPTW500 to +150 °C. Verify if your process runs above 150 °C.
- Weight and electrical interface differ. 6 g against ≤ 13 g, and a Comtronic connector against a 4-wire cable by default.
