MPTW100 values are taken from the DABEY MPTW100 datasheet. Output variants S1/S2/S4/S5/S6 differ; confirm the variant before comparing.

  • Range coverage differs at the top end. ETM-375 extends to 20,000 PSI (1400 bar). The MPTW100 standard range tops out at 0–70 MPa (10,000 PSI).
  • Thermal definitions differ. Kulite quotes zero and sensitivity shift separately; MPTW100 quotes combined total error for the amplified output variants.
  • Wetted material options differ. ETM-375 offers Inconel 625. Confirm media compatibility if your application needs it.

Kulite ETM-375 Replacement: What to Check

Reference type

Both are available in absolute and sealed gauge. Confirm which reference your application requires before anything else.

Mechanical interface

Both offer 3/8-24 UNJF and M10×1 threads with a comparable O-ring size. Still verify the sealing surface and insertion depth against your drawing.

Output variant

The MPTW100 offers millivolt and amplified outputs. Match the variant to your supply voltage, cabling, and data acquisition front end.

Media compatibility

ETM-375 offers an Inconel 625 wetted option; the MPTW100 uses 316L / 17-4PH. Check against the media in your system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the DABEY MPTW100 be used as an alternative for Kulite ETM-375 applications?
The MPTW100 is offered as an alternative for ETM-375 applications. Both are 5 VDC output, flush diaphragm instruments with 3/8-24 UNJF or M10×1 mounting. Confirm the range, reference type, output variant, temperature window, and wetted material against your requirement, then validate side by side in your own fixture.
What is the MPTW100 bandwidth compared with the ETM-375?
The ETM-375 is specified from DC to 5 kHz. The MPTW100 chip has a natural frequency above 400 kHz, and the amplified output variants (S4, S5, S6) provide a circuit bandwidth of approximately 10 kHz at 3 dB. Actual response depends on the installation method.
Does the MPTW100 cover every ETM-375 pressure range?
No. The ETM-375 range list extends to 20,000 PSI (1400 bar), while the MPTW100 standard range tops out at 0–70 MPa (10,000 PSI). Non-standard ranges and units can be customized — contact us to confirm coverage for pressures above 10,000 PSI.
Is the mounting interface compatible?
Both offer 3/8-24 UNJF and M10×1 threads, comparable O-ring dimensions (about 7.6 mm I.D. × 1.6 mm C.S.), and comparable mounting torque. Verify the sealing surface, insertion depth, and cable routing against your assembly drawing.
